George Burman Foster

George Burman Foster (1857 - 1918) was a professor of philosophy of religion at the University of Chicago from 1905 until his death in 1918. Sometime in 1906 Clarence Darrow met Foster and they became very good friends. Darrow considered Foster, a famous theologian during his time, one of the most learned men he had ever met.
